Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care

Parents and Daughter

When your loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia, caregivers need to make overwhelming and difficult decisions in providing home care.

New challenges can arise daily with your loved one's changing abilities and behavior.

You Are Not Alone

Simple tasks that were once easily done such as dressing, bathing, and eating can become increasingly difficult for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Dementia. Having a personalized plan of care for getting through the day can make these tasks less overwhelming

We offer a free in-home assessment and ask the right questions, so we can integrate a client's personal experience into a plan that encourages interaction and participation. Taking a walk, visiting family and friends, or participating in daily chores can slow the process of Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.

We have regular check-ins with our clients ensuring all care plans are focused on positive mind stimulation and safety at all times.
