First and foremost, the health and safety of our team members (employees and those in our care) is the most important thing as we navigate the Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak.  We are committed as a leadership team to make sure we are making decisions based on facts and using the resources we have available.

We are living through something unprecedented – schools have closed, sporting events are canceled, the lights have dimmed on Broadway, etc., and as an agency and company, we want to make sure we are actively preparing to handle the Coronavirus (COVID 19).

As you may have noticed, the COVID-19 situation is evolving rapidly, and more information is becoming available by the minute.  Considering this, our plan/response will be reviewed at least daily and will be updated as needed.  We will communicate changes to you when applicable.

What do I need to do as an employee to be prepared?

The best thing you can do is to make sure you are diligent with and areas. In addition,

  • Stay home when you are sick and avoid contact with those that are sick

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

  • If you are showing symptoms, please call your doctor first

In addition, we encourage you to visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and/or Department of Public Health websites:

Although we are taking this outbreak very seriously and preparing the best we can, we want to make sure we are making decisions that are based on fact and that we maintain a business-as-close-to-normal approach as possible.

This is an ever-changing situation and we will continue to update you as needed.
